Deliverance Center
CHURCH HISTORY

Souls for Christ Deliverance Center is a church of "Triumphant Victory". It was founded by the late Pastor William and Evangelist Sandra Bell, a husband and wife team that wholly dedicated themselves to the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ. They tirelessly traveled worldwide preaching a message of salvation and deliverance to all. Not only had they been married for thirty years, but they evangelized together for about thirty years, as well. They were a true example of a model Christian marriage, as they loved, honored, and respected God and each other. They were a team, and each had their own areas of ministry. Pastor Bell's ministry was Prophetic and Apostolic, and Prophetess Sandra Bell was a remarkable "Lady of Faith", who believed that through God, the impossible was possible! So, with the uniting and anointing of those callings and years of experience on the missionary field, they both founded and "Spiritually Birthed" the foundational ministry of Souls For Christ Deliverance Center in 1980. They labored endlessly in love, patience, sacrifice, dedication and much prayer, to build a church scripturally sound and reflective of the church that God is coming back for; "A Glorious Church, without spot or wrinkle".
Souls for Christ Deliverance Center's church roots originated in a rented hall that Brother and Sister Bell would rent out every Sunday to hold services, until with the respect and support of parishioners, contributors, family, and friends, Souls for Christ Deliverance Center moved into it's own building on Schaefer and Midland. And for years, Brother and Sister Bell, faithfully and dutifully preached an uncompromising and dynamic r Salvation and Deliverance to people from all walks of life. They had no respect of person. No matter what a person's pedigree, how much he had accomplished or accumulated. Pastor Bell preached, "Jesus Christ" as an "Equalizer" to all people!
It was their "Hands-On Ministry" that reached out and won people's hearts. They had the gift and ability of helping people to not just hear or read about God, but to actually experience the reality and power of God. They didn't seek greatness or fortune in their walk. Rather, they were genuine ministers with a vision and burden to help people to be reconciled back unto Jesus Christ. They carried that burden as they would come into contact with people through their daily dealings and interactions, whether it was through a handshake, smile, or words of encouragement. It was that type of simplicity and sincerity that they possessed, that would eventually win those Souls for Christ!
After years of being rooted and established in faith, Evangelist Bell went on to be with the Lord, leaving Pastor Bell to hold the torch and continue to move the church forward. Pastor Bell falthfully carried on the work that they both labored so hard to build, until he eventually went on home to be with the Lord and be reunited with Sister Bell in glory.
